James A. Almon is the founder, owner and manager of Almon Investment Group, LLC. Mr. Almon has extensive experience in the real estate industry including acquisition, financing, syndicating/capital formation, operations and management spanning the past 31 years. He has held national senior executive level positions at both public and private companies before founding the Company. Mr. Almon graduated from the University of Washington with a BA degree in political science in the class of 1968.

Felix R. Harke, a founding member and owner of the manager, has extensive experience over the past 24 years primarily in the syndication of real estate entities. He has held senior regional level positions in both public and private companies throughout his career. Mr. Harke has a BA degree in liberal arts from Washington State University in 1968.

David G. Mandley, a member and owner of the manager, during the past 32 years has been actively involved in the investment business including syndication, acquisition and development of real estate. He has held senior level executive positions at both public and private companies. Mr. Mandley graduated from the University of Washington in the class of 1967 with a Bachelors degree in business administration.
